I had the best experience with Passport-Express. I was honestly anticipating the worst because of my own procrastination, BUT Maria worked some kind of magic and got my passport back in two weeks with two weeks to spare. I greatly appreciate the kindness and support she gave! I cannot wait to go to Canada thanks to Passport Express! Cannot recommend enough!

Maria was a sweetheart and explained the process thoroughly and was true to her promise on quick delivery. I also appreciate the fact that my appointment was 'forgotten' as she is busy (understood!) and I called her outside of the establishment and she had left and she CAME BACK to help me. She didn't need to. Things happen, we could've rescheduled. But, she was more than happy to come back and help and I appreciate that customer service. Overall: Polite, quick service!

This is the perfect place for no hassle passport replacement. I showed up with just a year-old expired passport and they handled everything for me. Extremely courteous, kept me up-to-date throughout the process and my new passport arrived in no time. I highly recommend them.
